Refund policy

We want you to love your Beeluxxe pieces. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange — and size swaps and return shipping are always free, with a prepaid label sent to you.

To keep things fair and hygienic for everyone, swimwear can only be returned in unworn condition with the hygiene tag intact — this is standard practice across swimwear brands, since intimate items can't be resold once worn. Items must be unworn, unused, without odor or traces of use or washing, with the protective hygiene strip and tags in place, and in original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of products that have odor, show misuse or modifications, or are unlabeled. Our Quality Control Department inspects every return against these conditions. For hygiene reasons, we recommend trying on the swimsuit after showering and over your underwear.
We accept order cancellations before the item is shipped.

To start a return, contact us at hello@beeluxxe.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a free prepaid return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free Size Swap
Wrong size? We'll swap it free. Email us at hello@beeluxxe.com within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and the size you need. We'll send you a prepaid shipping label at no cost, and as soon as your original item is on its way back, we'll ship your new size out.
The item must meet the return conditions above — unworn, with the hygiene strip and tags intact.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Cannot Be Returned
Gift cards, and any item marked "Final Sale," cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased during a promotion or sitewide discount are returnable as normal.

Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Return shipping is always free — for both refunds and size swaps. We'll send you a prepaid label.
