Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size?
Check our Swimwear Size Guide for bust, waist, and hip measurements by size. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a looser, more relaxed fit. Still not sure? Contact us and we're happy to help you choose.
What if I order the wrong size?
No problem — we offer a free size swap. Email us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll send a prepaid label to send it back, then ship your new size as soon as the original is on its way to us.
Shipping
How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day from our Los Angeles location. Select sizes are restocked from our Brazilian atelier and ship within 5–7 business days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.
What if my order is delayed?
If anything is delayed beyond the estimate, we'll reach out to you directly, and you can cancel for a full refund at any point before your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, with the hygiene strip and original tags still attached, and in their original packaging. For swimwear, please try items on over your underwear (ideally after showering) so the hygiene liner stays intact.
Is return shipping free?
Yes — for both refunds and size swaps. Once your return is approved, we'll send a free prepaid shipping label.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@beeluxxe.com with your order number. Please don't send items back before requesting a return, as unrequested returns can't be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to post it).
What can't be returned?
Gift cards and any item marked "Final Sale" can't be returned or exchanged. Items bought during a regular promotion or sitewide discount can still be returned as normal.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet — just email us right away.
My item arrived damaged or wrong — what do I do?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and contact us immediately if anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.
Fabric & Sustainability
Where is Beeluxxe made?
Our swimwear and select activewear are made in Brazil, and our seamless essentials are crafted in the USA — each produced where quality, fit, and fabric performance are best achieved.
What makes Brazilian swimwear fabric different?
Brazilian swimwear is known for premium, double-lined fabric that stays opaque even when wet, holds its shape and color wash after wash, dries quickly, and moves with your body instead of against it. Our pieces are made with that same craftsmanship — many styles are handcrafted with fabric-covered details and finished for a flattering, second-skin fit.
Is Beeluxxe swimwear sustainable?
Many of our styles are made with AMNI Soul Eco®, the world's first biodegradable polyamide (Nylon 6.6). It's Oeko-Tex® 100 Class I certified for safety against the skin, hypoallergenic, and built to resist fading and wear — so it lasts longer while being kinder to the planet at the end of its life.
Does Beeluxxe swimwear have UV protection?
Yes — our fabrics include permanent built-in UV protection, typically UPF/SPF 50+ (some activewear styles up to UPF 80+), so you're protected from the sun without needing extra sunscreen coverage on covered skin.
What does the fabric feel like?
Soft, stretchy, and cool against the skin — customers regularly tell us it's the softest, most "butter-soft" swimwear and activewear fabric they've worn. It's breathable, quick-drying, and designed to feel as good as it looks, even after repeated wear.
Do tops and bottoms come together?
Most of our bikini tops and bottoms are sold separately so you can mix, match, and size each piece individually — matching sets are also available if you'd rather buy the pair together.
Shop In Person
Can I try Beeluxxe on in person?
Yes! While most of our collection lives online, select styles are available to try and buy in person at our retail partner location — see below.
Where can I find Beeluxxe in stores?
You can find us at ATLAS — Westfield UTC, 4307 La Jolla Village Dr, Suite #2205, San Diego, CA 92122. Inventory varies by location, so we recommend checking online first if you're after a specific style, size, or print.
Do you do pop-up shops or events?
Yes! We announce all of our pop-up shops and events on Instagram @beeluxxe_ — follow us there to be the first to know about new locations and dates.
